Jayce

Lead Project Manager 

Jayce is a thoughtful and steady presence who helps keep events moving from idea to execution. She holds a BS from Imo State University and has supported projects across NGOs and SaaS companies, bringing both structure and adaptability to her role. She loves puff puff (a popular West African snack), dreams of a Santorini escape, and always shows up with joy and intention.

Bethlehem
Project Manager

Bethlehem is the newest member of the Black Everywhere team. She holds an MBA and is currently pursuing her MA in Project Management, bringing both academic insight and practical experience to her role. She helps keep projects structured, organized, and moving forward in collaboration with the team. Outside of work, Betty enjoys popcorn and kolo (a traditional Ethiopian snack) and dreams of visiting Seychelles and Hawaii one day.

Judith
Project Manager 

Judith brings focus, follow-through, and calm energy to our events and trips. She supports planning and logistics behind the scenes and helps make sure all the moving pieces land where they’re supposed to. Judith holds a BA in Economics and Finance and has worked in banking, media, and nonprofit spaces, bringing valuable organizational and administrative experience to the team. Her go-to snack is vanilla yogurt and her dream trip is a food tour through Vietnam or Thailand.

Jamaica
Executive Director

Jamaica leads Black Everywhere with big vision, deep intention, and a whole lot of heart. She’s the creative force behind the organization, the architect of our systems, and the one who keeps us grounded in joy, connection, and Black excellence. From launching new cities to troubleshooting trips in real time, she helps make sure the mission keeps moving and the vibes stay high.
