BE Well meetings take place DAILY. You can choose between two daily times:
Meeting 1
6am west / 8am central / 9am east
Meeting 2
7am west / 9am central / 10am east
What is a health accountability group?
A health accountability group is a group of people who come together with the common goal of improving their health and wellness. Members support each other by sharing their goals, progress, and challenges, and holding each other accountable for making positive changes.
