Join us for an evening of relaxation in our exclusive Yin Yoga class, led by our Community Wellness Facilitator, Kema Ward. This private session is designed to help you unwind and release tension.

Class Description: In this Yin Yoga class, we will focus on gentle, long-held postures that target the deep connective tissues, promoting flexibility and relaxation. This practice is perfect for all levels and will provide a calming end to your day.

What to Bring: To enhance your experience, please dress in comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement. While the class is accessible for everyone, having the following props can be beneficial:

• Pillows or bolsters
• Yoga blankets
• Straps
• Yoga blocks

Setting the Tone: We recommend creating a serene atmosphere in your space by dimming the lights, lighting candles, or burning incense. This will help you fully immerse yourself in the tranquil experience of Yin Yoga.
