🌞 We’ll start the day with introductions and a moment of gratitude to reflect on the beauty of the season.
🌅 As the sun rises over the ocean, we’ll stretch and breathe together, grounding ourselves in the energy of a new season.
🧘🏾♀️ A guided meditation will help us set intentions and invite stillness into our hearts and minds.
💬 After meditation, we’ll remain in community—sharing space, conversation, and good vibes.
🏖 Please bring a yoga mat or blanket, pillow, and anything else to help you feel comfortable on the sand.
☕ You’re also welcome to bring tea, coffee, breakfast, or snacks to enjoy after our time of reflection.
