Volunteer Orientation (Friday): 1st Annual Black Everywhere Weekend (Atlanta, GA)

As a volunteer, you will be an integral part of the event, assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the weekend's activities.

Volunteer Responsibilities:

1. Greet Conference Attendees: Be the welcoming face of Black Everywhere Weekend as you greet delegates upon their arrival, providing them with essential information and guidance to navigate the event.
2. Assist with Registration: Help streamline the registration process by guiding attendees through check-in procedures, distributing materials, and answering any questions they may have.
3. Act as Guides During the Weekend: Serve as knowledgeable guides during conference sessions, helping attendees find their way to different venues and providing assistance as needed.
4. Staff Various Activities: Rotate through different roles, including assisting with workshops, and supporting special activities to ensure everything operates efficiently.
5. Perform Other Crucial Tasks: Be ready to lend a hand, whether it's setting up equipment, directing foot traffic, or providing support to speakers and presenters.
